1/2 cup grapes, halved
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 medium tomato diced
1/2 cup protein (beans, chicken, etc)
1/4 nuts or seeds of your choice


3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
